Introduction

Welcome to Etchona ("we", "our", or "us"). Etchona is a mobile application designed for CBSE Class 11 and 12 Computer Science and Informatics Practices teachers. By creating an account or using Etchona, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

Etchona is intended for use by teachers. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a teacher (or otherwise authorized to use the app in a professional teaching capacity) and that the information you provide during signup is accurate.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us promptly at etchona.app@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Uploaded Content

When you upload documents (PDFs) to Etchona:

• You confirm that you have the right to upload and share this content.
• All uploads are reviewed by an admin before being made available to other users.
• By uploading content, you grant Etchona a license to host, display, distribute, and share your uploaded content on the platform for use by other teachers.
• You retain the underlying rights to your original work, but you agree that once approved, your content may be made available to other Etchona users through the platform.
• We reserve the right to remove any uploaded content at our discretion, including content that is rejected during admin review.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Etchona for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Etchona's systems
• Upload content that infringes on someone else's rights
• Interfere with the normal operation of the app

Pricing and Future Changes

Etchona is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium content in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice, and any existing free features will not be retroactively restricted without notice. Continued use of the app after such changes are introduced constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing terms.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Etchona available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Etchona is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that content shared by other teachers is accurate or suitable for your specific use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etchona and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using Etchona and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting etchona.app@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of Etchona after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
